This is a wake up call to all us Indians if this time we fail to free ourselves from the clutches of slavery built of selfishness and self indulgence, we don’t know when we would be able to break these chains. Please join the Lokpal bill movement fellow Indians. Remember Bhagat Singh, Tantya Tope, Shivaji...list is endless, we are their lineage friends, but today we seem to have forgotten it and have become slaves just like what we were 64 years ago. The British have left but the habit of acting like a slave still lives on within us. Wake up people, if we don't step out of our home today we will surely be ashamed of ourselves one day. Think, in the dawn of our lives when we will be sitting alone sipping that last cup of coffee and wandering down the memory lane, this question will pop up that why did I not listen to my heart. No Human pain greater than pain of Guilt, my dear friends. A 74 year old man is dying for us and we are busy watching him die slowly on TV. What i...

Concur to Conquer.....

Our dear Congress leaders need our blessings, they are suffering from a very infectious and dangerously deadly disease called 'Bhrashtachar' or Corruption. Also many narrow sighted self indulgent sick leaders have tried to malign Jan LokPal movement. Like an eminent personality had tried to enlighten us by telling that Muslims should not join this movement because this does not take care of their issues. Even a person with decent intellect would be able to understand that corruption doesn’t have a religion. It doesn’t distinguish between person’s religion, colour or creed. It affects everyone the same just like any virus or bacteria. Also just like them it needs people as their carrier to spread their effect. It derives its nourishment from the ego and greed of people. What we must understand is that corruption is like any other disease which can be and should be cured. It’s an immortal virus which can be conquered in our system through a vaccine called ‘LOKPAL'. ...

To live long.....become a Politicians.....

Strange title, but has anyone ever observed every year there are many deaths due to bomb blasts, accidents and uncured curable diseases, who dies, you and me.....the so commonly found species called 'The Common Man'. How many times do these species called Politicians have you heard dying in these circumstances. Oh yeh, we do hear them getting killed in a mishap once in a blue moon. Remember the Sarojni Nagar blast before Diwali in which the death toll was around 100 'The Common men'. Well, why talk of that only when we have these bomb blasts every year like we have our festivals. The only difference being the date on which they happen, may be because of the Hindu calender in which dates vary. They seem to have become a part of our lives now and doesn't seem to bother us much, but may be just for a week after actual event. Ironic, we prepare for the festivals before they arrive but here we do the clean up after the blast has taken place. Oh what clean up....clea...

Time Nahi hai......

How often have we used this phrase as an alibi for not being able to meet our parents or spend some time with them. Our job- urge to earn more and more, our colleagues: who don't mean anything really , our friends: the like minded people, keep us so occupied that when it comes to sit with the family and have some good talk we do not have The Time. We don't get a leave from the job to just pay them a visit but may get a couple to go for a vacation. Driving to their place to meet them in person might seem taxing for our health but driving to a far placed job or may be a fun destination is more like a relaxing journey. Its ironically amusing that the job which gives me the money to spend on my Luxuries.....does not give me enough time to spend on my necessities....just a day off to visit my parents/family.... when they are alive and may be in need of our emotional support, but will instantly agree to lend me a few days when they will be no more...just enough to perform the las...

Perfection...just a matter of perception.....OR

While growing up i was always told that i should always try to be perfect in what i do...was given many examples too from within family and outside. I always had to fight with this sad feeling that i am not perfect, and find ways i could achieve it. No matter how hard i tried but could never meet the satisfaction level of others and thought i was a failure when compared to others.....I guess most of us go though this at some point in our lives. But, does anything like 'Perfect' really exist...or is this just a relative term, matter of perception? I believe it is. Nothing in this world is 'Perfect'. Had it been so there would be no place for enhancements in our lives & around us. Look around and feel for a minute- the nature, countries, people, why go far just have a look within..isn't everything always evolving. Only difference is the pace, sometimes we can differentiate immediately & at others we experience it much later. Improvement is an Integral part of ...
